Say it once.
It's logged.
A mechanic says what they did. Aisar turns it into a service entry — work, mileage, parts and price — and shows it for confirmation before anything is saved. About eight seconds, on the phone already in their pocket.

Say what you did
Hold the button and talk the way you'd talk to a colleague. Grease on your hands is fine. About eight seconds for a normal job.
- 02
Check the card
Aisar pulls out the car, the work, the mileage and the amount, then shows you a card. Anything wrong, you fix it there. Nothing saves on its own.
- 03
Confirm and it's locked
One tap writes the entry to that VIN. From then on it can't be edited or deleted. Not by you, not by the next workshop, not by us.
For the workshop
The screen you use one-handed
You work through today's cars with your thumb while the car is still on the ramp. The jobs board and the week ahead come with the Workshop plan. Nothing to fill in later.
Why anyone believes it
Nobody can edit an entry. Including us.
A history is only worth something if it can't be tidied up later. So Aisar doesn't rely on a policy or a promise. The database refuses to change an entry once it's written. A correction is a new entry that supersedes the old one, and both stay in the history.
Append-only
UPDATE and DELETE are rejected by a database trigger, not by an app rule someone could switch off. Every change writes an audit row.
Keyed to VIN
The history belongs to the car, not to your workshop. It survives resale and it follows the car to whoever services it next.
Signed
Every entry carries the workshop that wrote it, dated. Any workshop can add; only the one that wrote an entry can correct it, and writes are rate-limited.
Nothing vanishes
A workshop can hide an entry it wrote. The history still says how many are hidden, so a gap in it is visible.

Around the record
The rest of the workshop
A record needs a workshop around it. Book the job, hand the car back, chase the service that's due — none of it asks you to type more than you have to. Each tile says which plan it's on.
Jobs board
Booked, in progress, ready, picked up. Move a card with your thumb. Handing the car over is the tap that writes the permanent entry.

Workshop and up
Job and stock alerts
A car ready but not collected, a job running past its planned time, a booking that hasn't started, a part below its minimum. They show up under Attention and clear themselves once someone deals with it. Nothing goes to the customer.
Workshop and up
Week calendar
The week on one screen. Who's coming in, what for, how much room is left.
Workshop and up
Customers and cars
A name and a number attached to the car, not to a spreadsheet. Tap to call. Their whole history comes up with them.
Workshop and up
Reports and takings
Jobs completed by week or month, takings, a six-month trend and a breakdown per mechanic.
Workshop and up
Printable job sheet
One page for the customer who wants paper. Work done, parts, mileage, total.
Workshop and up
Camera scan
Hold the phone up to the VIN plate, the number plate or the odometer and Aisar reads the number off it. One less thing to squint at and key in by hand.

Works offline
Signal comes and goes in the pit. An entry you've already confirmed waits on the phone and goes up the moment the bars come back, so a job never gets lost between the ramp and the office.

In their language
The app and the voice both follow the language you set. Your mechanic speaks one.

Your own site reads the free slots and puts a booking straight on the workshop's calendar. The customer never leaves your page.

Questions
What if the mechanic misspeaks?
The mechanic fixes it on the card, before anything is saved. Aisar never writes an entry from speech alone. If a mistake gets through anyway, you post a correction: the new entry supersedes the old, and both stay visible.
Do I need new hardware?
A phone. That's the whole list. Aisar runs in the browser, installs to the home screen, and every button is big enough to hit with a glove on. No tablet on a stand, no terminal in the office, nothing to wire in.
Who owns the data?
You own what your workshop wrote. The car owner owns their car's history. We host it and we can't alter it, because the same trigger that stops you stops us. Every car's history downloads as CSV or PDF — on every plan, free, always.
What happens to the records if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Writing new entries stops; everything you have already written stays with its car, under your workshop's name, and still downloads as CSV or PDF. Pick the subscription back up and you carry on where you left off. The record belongs to the car, not to the subscription.
The next car in the bay logs itself.
Log one car by voice. That's the product. If it doesn't fit the way your workshop works, you'll know before the day is out.
